How Microgravity affects astronauts?
SpaceX’s aspirational goal has been to land the first humans on Mars by 2024, a key element of the program is planned to be the SpaceX Starship, a fully reusable super-heavy lift launch vehicle under development since 2018.

All in all, the trip to Mars would take about 21 months: 9 months to get there, 3 months there, and 9 months to get back.

This is a long period to be in space, and this could affect your body while there is no gravity, the astronauts on the International Space Station have to exercise several times a day to maintain their bones and muscles strength, and they are spending less time than what could be spent on mars trip, that`s why we made this episode, is there is a way to keep them grounded in space? Can we create Artificial Gravity?

  1. Awesome video! Some Skylab video of astronauts running on a ring of storage lockers creating artificial gravity in space would have been great too, Check my page for more papers, video, my "Short Radius Human Centrifuge" design draft. It is all "Open Source" so use it as you like…;-)

  2. I get eye fireworks sometimes. I thought is was blood sugar or something. But it's cosmic rays. I guess a few make it down here
