Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, recently hit the headlines after purchasing the social media platform Twitter.
While that news has been in the forefront, his asset is silently rendering important services in Ukraine.
Viewers may note that just days after Russia launched its so-called “special military operation” in Ukraine, Musk announced on February 26 that his Starlink internet service had been activated in that country.
Musk responded to a request by Ukrainian Vice Prime minister Mykhailo Fedorov, who appealed on Twitter for the SpaceX CEO to help.
“@elonmusk, while you try to colonize Mars — Russia try to occupy Ukraine! While your rockets successfully land from space — Russian rockets attack Ukrainian civil people!” Fedorov said in February. “We ask you to provide Ukraine with Starlink stations and to address sane Russians to stand.”
In this video Defense Updates analyzes how Elon Musk’s Starlink is continuing to play a critical role in Ukraine thwarting Russian Electronic attacks in its path?
