SpaceX launches Starlink batch from Vandenberg, nails landing at sea

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched 46 new Starlink satellites from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California on July 31, 2022 (July 30, local time). The first stage of the Falcon 9 rocket landed on the “Of Course I Still Love You” drone ship minutes later in the Pacific Ocean. Full Story:

  1. It almost seems normal after so many launches and landings. It's beginning to look like the "E" word, but I dare not say that word. I know it's not. And, as soon as you say "E" it would jinx it and all Hell would break loose. Believe me. 🤫🤣

  3. Hopefully this load will park one over my house. I have Starlink and so far it's great, especially when I enable 'portability' and take it with in the RV boon-docking.

  4. So who are they paying for the right to do this and cloud the atmosphere in satellites? Developing a monopoly with potentially hazardous consequences if something goes awry doesn’t seem particularly fair if you ask me
