I have just been enjoying testing out streaming and playing video games with people online again. I am also in the better than nothing beta program with starlink and excited to put it through its paces.

Starting speeds: 29ms – Down 135.98 Mbps – Up 16.25 Mbps

  1. Curious question here, how does it perform in non perfect weather (wind, rain, snow, fog, etc)? Do weather conditions cause any latency spikes? I had fixed wireless internet in the past and any non perfect weather conditions would make it unusable for gaming 110+ ping. And if you don't mind me throwing in one more question, how often do you get latency spikes that are 100+?

  2. I live in California and is kinda sad how the big internet providers forgot about California rural areas specially where I live at in Oakdale CA where most of the US get there vegetables and fruits from here the central valley… like if anything we should get some fiber optic internet and there is a lot of dirt roads where they can run fiber specially since is a lot of construction going on making neighborhoods..
