TESLA, SPACEX, ELON MUSK
The #Starlink mobile app, which allows users to connect to #Elon #Musk’s satellite internet service, became extremely widely downloaded last Sunday. It was the most downloaded application from the Apple App Store in #Ukraine that day. The app had about 21,000 installs in the App Store and Google Play worldwide on Sunday, with most downloads coming from the beleaguered country.
Overall, it seems that Ukrainian users have a lot of enthusiasm for Elon Musk’s satellite-based Internet. Sensor Tower, a company that provides data from the #Apple App Store and #Google Play, informed The Wall Street Journal that the Starlink app has seen a surge in demand lately, with worldwide downloads more than tripling in the last two weeks alone. The analysis company further noted that Starlink has been installed 98,000 times so far in the #Ukrainian Apple App Store and Google Play.
